i had to send these out quick so could only manage a few quick pics.
the Buffalo [Syncerus Caffer] horn looks really great,buffed with a very nice gloss,accentuates the contrast between the smoothe and rough sections.
blades are all 6mm thick Bohler N690 hardened to 59/60 HRC.
scales Cape Buffalo on yellow formica liners.these are formica on a wood veneer.
guards are 303 ss
oal is 16.1 in with 10.6 in blades on the top 2 and
15 in with a 9.5 in blade on the bottom blade.
the top 2 are hand-rubbed,the bottom blade is machine satin finished with jewelled/engine-turned flats.
