Hey Tinker; I saw the sword in the Shot-Show video on Youtube... Do you have any photos of the actual prototype to put up here to give us an idea of its characteristics? (Assuming you're permitted by contractual agreements and all that...) _________________

Sadly not so much- I finished it just before I had to ship it off. I tried some photos at the show but they didn't turn out well, and it was off to Hanwei before they got me specs or photos... annoying, that! _________________ "Then one night as my car was going backwards through a cornfield at 90mph I had an epiphany..."

Now that sounds interesting. I really like great war swords. How big would it be say compared to one of Gus' 1423s? I ask about that one since it gives me something to compare it to size wise.

No Idea- I can never keep track of Gus's 82-trillion models and numbers. But- I can say that the blade is 36 inches long and 2-1/4 inches wide at the base and it has a 3/4 length fuller and weighs (I'm Guessing) about 3-1/4 pounds. _________________ "Then one night as my car was going backwards through a cornfield at 90mph I had an epiphany..."

I understand Tinker, Gus does have alot of model numbers out there doesn't he? The 1423 is his big XIIIA which size wise is pretty close to what you have posted. I know I am looking forward to seeing this beauty.
